  1. Where can I find my Member Number?
    Your Member Number is the nine-digit number located on all email communications from Owner Advantage Rewards. For assistance, contact your dealer.

  2. What if I forgot my password?
    You can quickly retrieve your password by providing your Owner Advantage Rewards membership number and answering your personal security question here.

  3. How much does it cost to join Owner Advantage Rewards?
    Membership is no charge. It's your Ford dealer's way of saying thanks for being a customer and taking care of your vehicle.

  4. Why do you need my email address?
    Providing and confirming your email address will allow us to notify you as you earn rewards and inform you of the latest program and other updates, service reminders and special promotions. For more information on how we protect and use your information, please contact the Privacy Officer at your dealership

  5. My statement doesn’t show my recent service appointment. How can I make sure I get credit on my Owner Advantage Rewards account?
    You should allow three to five business days for your service rewards to show up in your account. If after that time you still don’t see them, please contact the Service Advisor at your dealership to have your account updated.

  6. What can I do with my 'Service Balance'?
    Your Service Balance may be applied toward future parts or service purchases* at the Owner Advantage Rewards Dealership at which you are a Member.

  7. I service my vehicle at more than one dealership. Can I use the same Member Number at multiple dealerships?
    You must have one Member Number (one account) for each dealership at which you choose to enroll.

  8. Can other members of my family use my Member Number?
    Yes, members of a household can share a single Owner Advantage Rewards account. You can earn and redeem rewards on any vehicle in your household, regardless of make or model.

  9. Do all dealerships participate in the Owner Advantage Rewards program?
    At this time, not all dealerships participate in Owner Advantage Rewards. For a list of participating dealerships, click here.

  10. Why am I unable to register on the website? I continue to receive a message stating 'Last Name and Member do not match'.
    Please allow three to five business days for your enrollment to be processed. After your account has been created, you will be able to return to the website and register.

  11. What if I no longer wish to receive email communications from Owner Advantage Rewards?
    If you prefer not to receive emails from Owner Advantage Rewards, click on Edit My Profile and click the “Unsubscribe” radio button. You will be unsubscribed from all Owner Advantage Rewards email communications within 10 business days.
